Our Story
Our Founders 2015-2018
Sam and Alex entered the renewable energy and mission-critical infrastructure markets in 2015 and 2018, joining their previous businesses as some of the earliest employees and helping scale them through significant periods of growth and expansion. Over the years, they built deep expertise across the full project lifecycle, partnering with developers, EPCs, OEMs, owner operators, integrators, and infrastructure businesses across renewable energy, BESS, and mission-critical infrastructure.

GreenBridge Launch2023
Following successful exits in 2023, they launched GreenBridge with a clear vision, to build a specialist growth partner focused exclusively on Renewable Power, Mission Critical Data Centers and Digital Infrastructure. Rather than creating another generalist recruitment business, they saw an industry underserved by true specialists and built GreenBridge to deliver a more focused, expertise & relationship-led approach.
